About the Role
As a Senior Snowflake Architect, you will blend hands-on architecture with platform administration, collaborating closely with data engineering, analytics, and cloud teams to enable reliable, high-impact data solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing scalable Snowflake architectures, leading solution design, managing day-to-day administration of Snowflake environments, and implementing security controls.
About You
Required:
- 8–10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or data platform roles.
- 4–5+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience spanning architecture and administration.
- Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
- Experience designing and operating ELT/ETL pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake security and governance features.
Preferred:
- Advanced SQL; Python experience preferred.
- Scripting and automation experience (e.g., Bash, Terraform, or similar tools).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
- Snowflake SnowPro Core certification preferred.
