Broad Reach Partners is seeking a Senior Software Architect to join their team in Downtown Atlanta, GA. The role involves leading the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions in their next-generation healthcare payment platform.
About the Role
As a Senior Software Architect, you will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, guiding technology direction, mentoring teams, driving innovation, contributing hands-on to high-impact features, overseeing integrations and security, and participating in governance and quality assurance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in an architecture leadership role.
- Experience in healthcare or fintech domains, with working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP required).
- Hands-on experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., PHP, Node.js, or similar).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Direct experience with major EHR vendors (Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
- Exposure to generative AI, machine learning, or analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with broader privacy frameworks (e.g., 21st Century Cures Act, GDPR).
