About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work on integrating AI-driven agents into complex content and engineering ecosystems. Your responsibilities will include prototyping and productionizing systems that leverage agentic coding workflows and automation pipelines, collaborating closely with various teams to modernize workflows while maintaining high standards for craftsmanship and user experience.
About You
Required:
- 5 or more years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
- Hands-on experience using agentic systems to accelerate software development and/or operational workflows.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building modern web applications, APIs, or backend services.
- Experience developing automation systems, developer tooling, or workflow platforms.
- Experience designing scalable solutions that integrate across multiple systems and teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical partners.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving technical priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience building tools that automate or enhance content creation, publishing, localization, or validation workflows.
- Familiarity with LLM-powered systems, retrieval pipelines, or structured content transformation workflows.
- Experience building internal platforms used by engineers, writers, or operational teams.
- Background in developer experience (DevEx), CI/CD systems, or large-scale automation initiatives.
- Passion for improving both engineering and content quality through intelligent tooling.
