Counsel Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join their team in a hybrid role based in NY/Boston or remote. The position involves defining the future of AI + human healthcare through innovative software solutions.
About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead initiatives with product and design teams to enhance AI-enabled care experiences, collaborate with ML research teams to integrate advanced AI techniques, improve physician-facing platforms, and architect scalable backend systems for health data management.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of building production software, ideally with 2+ years at startups or growth companies.
- Proficiency in tech stack: React, NextJs, Node.js (Typescript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, Redis.
- Experience building at scale, serving hundreds of thousands of end-users and large enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent AI developments.
Preferred:
- Self-motivated, creative doer who takes ownership of broad initiatives.
- Hands-on experience building consumer-facing products in a high-growth, startup environment.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving collaborative environments.
