About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own and advance systems that drive delivery efficiency, including designing AI agents for logistics decisions, optimizing driver pay, and creating gamification systems to engage drivers. You will work at the intersection of operations research, applied AI, and full-stack engineering, ensuring that every system you build enhances customer trust and satisfaction.

About You

Required:

5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in optimization, logistics, or applied ML systems.
Hands-on experience building AI agents or autonomous decision-making systems.
Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript, with experience in ML frameworks and data tools.
Experience with real-time systems and event-driven architectures.
A customer-obsessed mindset and a bias toward shipping.

Preferred:

Background in operations research or vehicle routing problems.
Experience with multi-agent systems or reinforcement learning.
Familiarity with delivery or gig-economy platforms.
Prior work with geospatial data or mapping APIs.
