About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack on Camunda's Identity team, you will design and deliver core IAM features, lead engineering initiatives, integrate with enterprise identity landscapes, and improve reliability and developer experience in a remote-first environment. You will also mentor peers and raise the technical bar on the team.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience as a product software engineer, building and maintaining production software in a full-stack or backend-leaning role.
- Proven track record leading medium-to-large engineering projects from inception to delivery.
- Hands-on experience implementing identity and access management solutions.
Preferred:
- Experience with workflow automation or process orchestration software.
- Experience with Spring Security and the Spring ecosystem.
- Background in clustered/distributed applications.
