Summary

About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will write and test system-level code in Go to manage Kubernetes clusters, architect distributed backend components, lead design reviews, and provide expert feedback on code developed by peers. You will work on critical projects that require innovative solutions in disconnected environments, contributing to the development of managed cloud services.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development, focusing on Go (Golang) in a Linux environment.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- Experience with Kubernetes architecture and building cloud-native infrastructure.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role driving new products from design to execution.
- Experience extending Kubernetes via the Operator SDK, Kubebuilder, or custom controllers.
- Experience in Go (concurrency patterns, performance tuning) and Distributed Systems.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive technical alignment in a cross-functional organization.
