Summary
Brio Digital is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their product-led engineering team in LATAM. The role involves building and scaling customer-facing systems using Ruby on Rails.
About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain product-facing systems in production. You will work on backend services using Ruby on Rails, develop APIs with GraphQL and REST, and contribute to frontend features using React and TypeScript. The role requires collaboration with Product Managers and Designers to deliver customer value and participation in code reviews and architectural decisions in a fully remote environment.
About You
Required:
- Senior-level experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails in production.
- Experience contributing to React + TypeScript applications.
- Solid understanding of API design using GraphQL and REST.
- Experience working with AWS in production environments.
- Background in product-focused teams.
Preferred:
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
