About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building and delivering significant parts of the core product, writing production code, providing feedback on code reviews, collaborating with product managers, leading initiatives on the Perform team's roadmap, and gathering data insights for product improvements.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years experience writing production code
- Python experience or experience with other backend languages (Java / C++ / Go / Ruby) and a desire to learn
- Experience driving medium to large projects from inception to completion
Preferred:
- Strong ability to support peers and teammates
- Experience in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to explain technical processes to non-engineers
- Willingness to learn and grow in a role with ambiguity
