About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will participate in all stages of the product development process, collaborate with Product Management to define technical requirements and design, modify existing software, and plan installations or modifications for system improvement. You will identify and implement infrastructure changes to enhance performance, assist in planning and executing strategic architecture changes, and drive resolution of technology roadblocks. You will ensure compliance with industry regulations, continuously improve processes, maintain technical documentation, support customers by researching and troubleshooting production issues, and work with Platform and Quality Assurance teams to ensure successful implementation and quality testing of products. You will also mentor junior software engineers and uphold the company’s core values.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
8+ years experience in software engineering with at least 3 years leading multi-discipline technical teams.
3+ years experience in architectural design.
Proficiency with Java applications, including Spring, Vaadin, Hibernate/JPA Frameworks, and Hazel cast IMDG or Redis.
Experience with UI development including HTML5/CSS/Javascript/Angular/React.
Familiarity with HL7 standards, web services data interfaces, and messaging queue technologies.
