About You
- 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems in C++, C#, Java, or similar languages.
- Strong experience working on consumer-facing products at scale.
- Experience partnering closely with product managers and data teams to ship measurable impact.
- Experience building scalable APIs, distributed services, and asynchronous workflows.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong product intuition with a focus on user experience, tradeoffs, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience in mentoring peers and contributing to team culture.
