About You
- 3+ years of experience in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
- Deep understanding of Windows application architecture and interop between managed and native code.
- Proven track record of designing and shipping production-quality desktop applications.
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows.
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals including OOP, design patterns, and multi-threading.
- Experience leading technical design and mentoring other engineers.
- Strong communication skills and a user-centric mindset.
- Experience with writing automated tests for UI.
- Performance optimization experience for desktop applications.
- Experience with localization/globalization and accessibility for multiple regions.
- Familiarity with telemetry, analytics, and error monitoring in desktop applications.
- Experience in shaping CI/CD workflows and release pipelines.
- Ability to take ownership of feature areas and manage technical debt.
