- Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, engineering, or math-related field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of related technical experience in an enterprise environment.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, analytical, time management, delegation, and decision-making skills.
- Direct management and leadership experience.
- Blend of Infrastructure and Software engineering exposure.
- Experience with third-party vendor management and engagement.
- Cloud experience.
- Experience leading modernization efforts.
