About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will support both pre-sales and post-sales activities in a collaborative Value Added Reseller (VAR) environment. Your responsibilities include partnering with account teams to understand customer needs, guiding clients through deployment and optimization of solutions, collaborating with engineering and sales teams, and maintaining detailed project documentation. You will also stay current with industry trends and may need to travel up to 25% for customer engagements.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering within cloud and data center environments.
- Familiarity with Value Added Reseller (VAR) operations, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Hands-on technical expertise with AWS and Azure (both required); GCP experience considered a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native workloads, on-premises infrastructure, and AI/ML solution architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovative problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Relevant AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications.
- Industry certifications related to data center infrastructure or AI/ML technologies.
