About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will lead technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-values for large enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities include preparing tailored demonstrations of Ketryx's platform, collaborating with sales teams, and serving as a subject matter expert on DevOps practices in regulated environments. You will also address customer inquiries regarding integrations, security, validation, and compliance while staying current on industry regulations and competitor capabilities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer success, preferably with enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of software development workflows, DevOps toolchains, and Application Lifecycle Management.
- Familiarity with life sciences regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA) and software validation requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with various DevTools and understanding of their role in the software development process.
- Willingness to travel.
Preferred:
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced settings.
- Prior experience in technical product software, especially in the life sciences space.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous startup experience.
