About the Role
As a Senior Specialist, Data Analytics, you will provide support for benefit recommendations using competitive data and industry trends, conduct health and welfare data analytics, manage benefit programs, and leverage AI tools to enhance decision-making. You will also be responsible for developing reports, interpreting statistical results, and preparing executive summaries to aid in the development of benefit programs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an analytic field.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience manipulating large volumes of data; data warehouse experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to tell a story.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
