About the Role
As a Senior Specialist, Workday Reporting, you will be responsible for managing Workday engagements for post-production clients, including enhancement initiatives, break/fix support, and new feature deployments. You will collaborate with clients to strategize goals, support cross-functional teams, and act as a subject matter expert during sales activities. Additionally, you will mentor junior resources and ensure timely delivery of services.
About You
Required:
- Minimum two years of recent client-facing experience in Workday Reporting.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Required Workday certification/skills in Workday Advanced Reporting, Composite Reporting, and BIRT.
Preferred:
- MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university.
- Preferred certification/skills in HCM Core, Finance, Studio, and XML/XSL.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management.
