- CPA license (or working towards licensure with CPA firm experience)
- Minimum 5+ years of Public Accounting Firm experience
- Strong Excel experience
- Self-starter that is organized and flexible to handle multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work individually or in a collaborative work environment
- Experience in conducting client tax interviews with confidence
- Ability to explain complicated tax returns in a way clients can understand
