This role also offers opportunities for broader leadership responsibilities as the Growth function scales.

About You

Required:

8+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of driving growth through data-driven initiatives.
Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science.
Strong customer empathy and commitment to customer centricity.

Preferred:

Experience in driving product growth within a large organization.
Familiarity with AI-driven optimization and personalization techniques.
Background in financial technology or B2B software serving the SMB segment.
