About the Role
As the Fraud Risk Management Lead for the crypto business, you will develop and implement robust fraud strategies to control various fraud risks, lead investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, and establish a strong fraud risk management framework. You will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and analyze fraud trends to inform proactive mitigation strategies.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in fraud risk management, financial crime investigations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, or R.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience managing risk or fraud within the crypto space.
- Experience with industry standard fraud mitigation tools, including crypto-specific on-chain analytics.
