About the Role
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will serve as a senior technical leader, developing innovative engineering designs and specifications, establishing documentation standards in Revit and AutoCAD, and conducting feasibility analyses. You will lead cross-disciplinary project teams, collaborate with Project Managers, and engage clients throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will review technical documents for compliance, maintain awareness of industry regulations, and promote a culture of teamwork and professional development.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Completion of Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure.
- Minimum of 20 years of post-graduation professional engineering experience or 15 years of professionally licensed experience.
Preferred:
- Expertise in using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build networks.
- Experience in leading complex engineering projects.
