About the Role
As a Senior Success Guide, you will provide proactive and reactive architecture, product, and industry expertise to enable customers to successfully adopt Salesforce products. You will engage with customers across all account segments, delivering personalized success guidance and coaching. Your responsibilities will include generating positive feedback from customers, mentoring peers, and becoming an expert in Marketing Cloud and related products.
About You
Required:- 4+ years relevant experience
- Trailhead Ranger
- Agentblazer Innovator Status
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Administrator certification OR Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
- Knowledge of Internet development technologies (HTML, Javascript, XML, API, etc.)
- Consultative and customer-focused approach
- Ability to navigate and lead efforts on complex customer requests
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and collaborate under pressure
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Preferred:- Validated expertise through official Salesforce certifications
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL
- Programming abilities in Java, PHP, JavaScript, or AMP Script
- Previous experience with Salesforce/Marketing Cloud technologies
- Experience in Marketing on Core, Personalization or Intelligence
- Data Cloud certification
- Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
