About the Role

Your duties will include preparing the operating room, assisting surgeons during procedures, maintaining sterile techniques, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or military training equivalency.
- Two years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
- BLS - Basic Life Support certification.
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST, TS-C, or CSA) or eligibility under the grandfather clause.
Preferred:
- Experience in multiple surgical specialty service lines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using hospital databases and surgical software.
