Summary
Cydecor, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator (Temporary Position) with Security Clearance to join their team at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. The role involves on-site Windows system administration, network, and end-user support for Modeling & Simulation systems.
About the Role
As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of various network systems, including hardware, software, and communications interfaces. Your tasks will include system administration of Windows client and server environments, VMware virtual environments, and ensuring compliance with security regulations. You will also develop technical solutions to complex problems, monitor infrastructure services, and perform system backups and troubleshooting.
About You
Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 8+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Information Assurance Technology (IAT) Level II Certification
- Extensive Windows/VMware experience and expertise
- Expertise in systems security testing and hardening, data integration, and automation scripting
Preferred:
- Experience working on a Combatant Command staff or equivalent
- Linux systems administration experience, particularly with Red Hat
- Experience with DELL EMC storage and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
- Knowledge of Joint Operations
- Experience with the USCENTCOM AOR
