Summary
Solidus Technical Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - Secret to join their team in Tewksbury, MA. The role involves developing and supporting the life-cycle of the LTAMDS radar.
About the Role
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing requirements and algorithms, implementing test plans, resolving hardware and software issues, and conducting performance analysis of radar systems. You will work in both simulated and real-world environments, integrating hardware and software into tactical systems and communicating results to leadership and stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- An active Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
- Cultural fit amongst a collaborative team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.
- Experience developing both scripts and functions with MATLAB.
- Experience in developing and managing requirements.
- Experience with C++, Python, or similar.
- Experience with generating technical documentation, such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports.
- Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification.
- Experience with evaluating systems using simulated environments.
- Experience interfacing with internal and external customers.
Benefits
- Full benefits: $119k–$150k annually.
- Reduced benefits (no medical, dental, vision): Up to $161k annually.
