About the Role
As a Senior Talent Partner, GTM, you will own the recruiting process for high-performance revenue teams, partner with leaders to achieve ambitious hiring goals, and enhance the candidate experience. You will also identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process and collaborate with universities to strengthen the recruitment funnel.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, specifically for high-volume GTM roles.
- Proven success in partnering with GTM leaders and sourcing candidates for high-velocity roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate proactively.
Preferred:
- Experience in building high-performance sales teams.
- Operationally sharp with the ability to diagnose and resolve hiring process bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with AI and emerging recruiting tools to enhance efficiency.
