As a Senior Tax Associate, you will be responsible for managing client data, preparing and filing state and local tax returns, and interacting with clients and state tax authorities. You will also manage registrations and business licenses, conduct tax research, and collaborate with other tax professionals. Strong research and writing skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in State and Local Tax.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent field.
- Experience with state tax planning, tax research, and tax analysis.
Preferred:
- CPA is a plus.
- Master's Degree in Accounting.
- JD or LL.M.
