- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in domestic tax at a public accounting firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects/clients and deadlines
- CPA License preferred but not required
- Willingness to pursue Master’s Degree in Taxation or Accounting
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to train interns and associates
- CCH Axcess software experience
