Catalyst Labs is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join their team in Trenton, NJ. The role involves managing client engagements and providing U.S. tax compliance and advisory services.
About the Role
As a Senior Tax Associate, you will manage multiple client engagements, lead and train junior staff, build strong client relationships, stay informed about tax issues, participate in business development, and contribute to team process improvements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant tax experience in U.S. partnership and/or corporate tax.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Preferred:
- A CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Master of Taxation, or active progress toward one.
- Expertise in compliance and consulting for investment partnerships, including hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity, and venture capital funds.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
