About the Role
As a Senior Technical Manager- Civil Engineer (Renewables), you will be responsible for leading the development of sites and permitting plans for various energy sector projects, conducting inspections, managing staff, and coordinating with clients and governmental agencies. You will also oversee project development, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide guidance to entry-level engineers.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or closely related discipline.
- Licensed Professional Engineer, Texas, Ohio, Illinois preferred, NCEES record a plus.
- 10+ years of relevant post education experience in renewable energy engineering and prior civil design experience.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of site grading, stormwater, and erosion and sedimentation controls for renewable energy projects.
Preferred:
- Past leadership on site development projects renewable energy project and client facing.
- Previous staff management experience.
- Master’s Degree in Engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D Software Suite.
