About the Role
As a Senior Technical Manager, Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and construction of utility, industrial, and commercial scale projects. Your tasks will include electrical calculations, lighting design, facility electrical service design, and coordination with other design disciplines. You will also monitor project progress, ensure compliance with industry standards, and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant post-education experience as an electrical engineer providing design deliverables for capital projects in power generation, transmission, and distribution.
- Engineer license required.
- Highly proficient with electrical engineering principles, practices, and infrastructure design.
- Strong knowledge of relevant engineering and electrical construction laws and codes.
Preferred:
- Experience with infrastructure planning, design, and program/construction management.
- Proficiency with technical writing and discipline-specific design software (i.e., CADD, ETAP, AutoCADD electrical).
- Demonstrated effectiveness at coordinating and directing subcontractors.
