About the Role
As a Senior Technical Manager, Environmental Project Manager, you will lead project teams, manage site selection and route evaluation processes, oversee project permitting, engage with regulatory agencies, conduct market analysis, manage stakeholders, ensure project documentation, advocate for continuous improvement, and contribute to business development efforts. You will also be required to travel within the Midwest for site visits and public meetings.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Planning, Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project management within the energy sector, with a successful track record in large-scale and smaller energy projects.
Preferred:
- Experience with renewable energy projects or emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in permitting, routing/siting studies, and associated report writing for energy projects in the Midwest.
