About the Role
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead the delivery of projects within the HRIS, Finance, and Sales domains. Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day project operations, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, applying hybrid project methodologies, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- 7 to 12 years of Technical Program Management experience in Enterprise IT or Corporate Engineering.
- Proven track record managing implementations and upgrades in HRIS, Financial Systems, or Sales Operations.
- Deep proficiency with JIRA for project tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- Ability to discuss API integrations, data flows, and system architecture with engineering teams.
- Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Preferred:
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
- Familiarity with the OKR framework for aligning projects with business goals.
- Active SAFe certification with practical experience in a SAFe environment.
- Experience applying change management principles to drive user adoption.
