Zoox is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in Foster City, CA. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruiting process for diverse technical roles, particularly in artificial intelligence and software.
About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering closely with hiring managers to advocate for candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, managing the offer process, and continuously improving the candidate experience.
About You
Required:
8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry.
Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit.
Strong consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and alternative techniques.
Preferred:
Interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry.
Expertise in leveraging an ATS (Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
Experience working for a recruiting agency.
Experience managing complex technical roles.
