About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering closely with hiring managers to advocate for candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, managing the offer process, and continuously improving the candidate experience.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry.
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit.
- Strong consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and alternative techniques.
Preferred:
- Interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry.
- Expertise in leveraging an ATS (Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
- Experience working for a recruiting agency.
- Experience managing complex technical roles.
