About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles, design and execute sourcing strategies, optimize recruiting processes, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs.
About You
Required:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles.
Proven success in hiring top technical talent in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
Demonstrated experience building and executing creative sourcing strategies.
Expertise with sourcing tools and innovative outbound methods.
Data-driven approach to recruitment with the ability to analyze pipeline metrics.
Preferred:
Strong collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritization, and time-management skills.
Excellent executive-level communication and presentation abilities.
