The position requires managing multiple searches and improving recruiting processes.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience recruiting for technical roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and make process improvements.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting across multiple geographies (e.g., US, Canada, LATAM).
- Familiarity with compensation strategy and market analysis for technical roles.
- Prior experience in employer branding or talent marketing initiatives.
