About the Role
As a Senior Technology Business Manager, you will manage the end-to-end Technology budgeting process, oversee invoice validation, and collaborate with Finance to ensure alignment on accounting treatment. You will also conduct variance analysis, develop executive-level presentations, and manage vendor onboarding and compliance workflows. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a solutions-oriented mindset to drive operational effectiveness and investment strategy.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Technology Finance, Vendor Management or Business Operations.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial workflows and drive process improvements.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and intermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
- Experience with cloud billing platforms (e.g., Azure Cost Management).
- Familiarity with ERP tools (e.g., Workday) and planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan).
- Knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) systems or procurement workflow tools (e.g., Opstream, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Benefits
- Expected annualized base salary of $140k to $165k.
- Compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives and benefits, including a discretionary bonus component.
