About the Role
As a Senior Technology Consultant, you will be the technical expert on the ServiceNow platform, advising customers on best practices for configurations versus customizations. Your responsibilities include leading design workshops, guiding customers through the platform's capabilities, drafting user stories, and performing hands-on development using various ServiceNow technologies. You will also implement AI offerings and support customer engagements to enhance their business processes.
About You
Required:
- At least 4 years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO).
- Strong understanding of leading CRM tools and related systems.
- Ability to gain and maintain relevant certifications.
- United States Citizenship is required.
Preferred:
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.
- Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative AI.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a customer service environment.
