About the Role
As a Senior Technology Product Counsel, you will be responsible for designing a frictionless contract system, governing complex Reseller and OEM Agreements, spearheading commercial enforcement actions, aligning data usage with SOX compliance, and defining global territory usage.
About You
Required:
- JD and 8+ years of experience in IP litigation, technology transactions, or as a Product Counsel at a global SaaS leader.
- Proven track record of drafting agreements that govern re-branding, white-labeling, and third-party data distribution.
- Expert-level understanding of SEC reporting and SOX compliance.
Preferred:
- Ability to use benchmarking data and playbooks to close deals quickly without compromising on IP protections.
