About the Role
As a Senior Technology Solutions Specialist, you will develop and maintain Power Platform applications, partner with stakeholders to design solutions, oversee user account automation, and provide end-user support. You will also review support requests, support transformational initiatives, and prepare training materials while staying current on technology developments.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field plus experience executing technical support in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field and experience in an enterprise role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, SQL querying, and reporting language.
