About the Role
As a Senior Teller/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions such as cashing checks and accepting deposits, assisting with complex transactions, performing vault duties, and opening new accounts. You will also handle customer inquiries and perform general maintenance on accounts.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent required.
- 1 to 3 years of teller experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office products.
Preferred:
- Experience in a banking environment.
- Strong initiative and attention to detail.
