About You
- A minimum of 5 years of coding experience in product development and/or test automation.
- Mastery of modern testing tools, technologies, and frameworks, particularly JavaScript, Cypress, and Playwright.
- Proven experience developing and scaling test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience writing comprehensive test plans, creating test cases, and prioritizing defects.
- Champion the use of AI to transform and accelerate test automation capabilities.
- Experience using data, metrics, and reporting to drive quality improvements.
- High attention to detail, paired with curiosity and an explorer's mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
