About the Role

As a Senior Underwriter on the Primary Construction Casualty Team, you will work in a hybrid capacity, spending three days in the office and two days remotely. Your responsibilities will include underwriting and pricing policies, cultivating relationships with brokers and clients, collaborating with internal teams, conducting risk assessments, and growing the construction portfolio.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
4+ years of casualty insurance industry underwriting experience, with construction experience preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred:

CPCU designation preferred.
Experience in working on various program types, such as wrap-up programs and project-specific placements.
Existing market relationships with construction casualty producers and agents.
