Summary
Tanium is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team in Durham, NC. The role involves designing and implementing user interfaces and experiences for Tanium solutions across their platform.
About the Role
As a Senior Interaction Designer, you will be responsible for user interface design, user experience enhancement, cross-functional collaboration, prototyping and testing, and documentation of design decisions. You will work with various teams to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet customer needs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, computer science, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in UI/UX design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong UI skills and understanding of design systems in Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience designing in technical, B2B solutions.
- Experience with user research methods, prototyping tools, and usability testing.
- Experience with data visualization and/or dashboard design.
- Experience designing for AI and Agentic AI technologies.
