Summary
SEI is seeking a Senior UX Designer/Architect to join their team in Oaks, PA. The role involves researching, conceptualizing, and designing detailed solutions that support SEI's services and platforms.
About the Role
As a Senior UX Designer/Architect, you will define and evolve UX architecture strategies, architect scalable design systems, lead UX vision and roadmap, champion accessibility initiatives, and mentor junior designers. You will work closely with UI/UX designers to create responsive user interfaces and track UX KPIs to measure user satisfaction and engagement.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in an architect or principal role.
- Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
- Proficiency in visual design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, and Axure.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and responsive design.
- Deep knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- BS / BA in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Web Design or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with client-side libraries such as jQuery, Angular, React.
- Experience in single-page app design and grid architectures.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Demonstrated experience with scalable and distributed applications.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
