About You
- 3–5+ years of professional UX design experience, ideally in e-commerce or consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and measurable impact.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma).
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or direct selling.
- Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) strategies.
- Experience contributing to or building design systems.
