Summary
Laserfiche is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their team remotely in the United States. The role involves creating and revising software interface designs to develop innovative, elegant, and highly usable software products.
About the Role
As a Senior UX Designer, you will work closely with software developers to create and revise software interface designs. Responsibilities include following a rigorous approach to problem-solving, researching new technologies, creating and validating experimental designs, conducting user interviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a consistent design system.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5+ years working in the field of UX/UI.
- BA/BS or training in Design or related Human-Computer Interaction fields.
- Self-starter who can deeply collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers.
- Ability to incorporate input from multiple sources and synthesize it into coherent designs.
- Experience with A/B and User Testing Models.
- Experience with releasing products and features for SaaS solutions following CI/CD.
Preferred:
- Experience in Information Architecture or related field.
- Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and Windows GUI standards.
- Experience with Business Process Design.
- An understanding of the fundamentals of human-centered design.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
