About the Role
As a Senior Vehicle Integration and Test Technician, you will play a key role in the creation and implementation of Neutron's assembly and test procedures. You will work closely with system owners to develop and document procedures, provide hands-on leadership to technicians, troubleshoot unforeseen issues, and help drive workflow best practices. This position involves collaboration with teams across various locations, including Baltimore, MD, Auckland, New Zealand, Long Beach, CA, and Stennis Space Center, MS.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of assembly and/or test experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- High School diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- Experience in the assembly and testing of launch vehicle fluid systems including pneumatic, cryogenic, and electrical systems.
- Maintenance skills including troubleshooting, precision cleaning, and system testing.
- Experience with cleanroom work and understanding of ISO cleanliness standards.
- Fabrication skills including tube bending and mechanical assembly.
- Avionics installation and harness routing experience.
