About the Role
As the Senior Vice President - Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close process, ensuring general ledger integrity, and managing relationships with external auditors. You will lead the global equity compensation accounting team and drive strategic process changes to enhance the financial close and reporting processes. This position requires strong leadership skills to mentor a team of accounting professionals and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years of experience in an accounting-related field including management experience of accounting functions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting practices and procedures, including US GAAP and regulatory reporting standards.
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or a related field.
Preferred:
- CPA and public accounting experiences.
- Experience in managing equity compensation and strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements related to stock-based compensation.
Benefits
- Expected annualized base salary of $220k to $240k.
- Discretionary bonus component based on performance.
