Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President of Business Development to join their team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive business development plan to increase revenues and profits for existing and new lines of business.

About the Role

As the Senior Vice President of Business Development, you will be responsible for setting the operating structure of the Business Development Department, establishing regional responsibilities for managers, and implementing marketing strategies. You will also grow care management services, broaden market share, and conduct marketing activities related to project development while providing recommendations to the executive team based on trend data analysis.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in a business or health-related field.
Minimum of three years of home health care work experience with a Licensed Home Care Service Agency or similar.
Ability to use computerized systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.

Preferred:

5 years of business development experience.
5 years of marketing experience.
3 years of sales experience.
5 years of home care experience.
